Agree to the last two reviews. They were not rude to me, but they tried to. As I understood, it mostly depends on who they talking to. If you give some room for a rude conversation, you won't find an escape. As much as I am patient, there was a person I wanted to slap badly. I don't want to call his name here for two reasons: * first of all he is not worth it, probably uneducated fella from the province, there is not much to expect form him in this case. * second, even if I did call his name, it is not going to help. If the personnel at managerial positions are acting in such incompetence, that tells me a lot about the owners. So why waste my effort for something which is not going to lead to any change. One word - shame!
