Very poor services. Never go to this exchange. They have lost my 10,000 AED in air. Its roaming in air and they are not even responding to any call or email. They have connection with HelloPaisa which deliberately wrote my name wrongly in transaction and now I am suffering don't even know where and to whom my money has been transferred.

Poor service. For two instances the agent was processing my transfer money and the receiver cannot receive as it shows “not found” when entering the pin. These people don’t understand that the money sent is very important and has to be collected ASAP. The agent had to call someone to tell the status is okay and still the pin is not found in the system. Had to cancel and retrieve back the money and send through the nearby al ansari excgange which has a 5 star service

Poor customer service . And staff looks like on punishment to serve. No interest what so ever line is there. Small work to do they are taking allot of time to solve.
