Had gone to get a inspection and quote done. Got it done after more than 90 minutes of waiting. The individual who attended to me was genuinely busy, but when he did get time to attend he was quick and supportive.

The service is extremely bad. Extremely long waiting time to be attended by the service staff. The management is responsible for the poor service quality and should work on enhancing it.

No communication from the staff or no update is given to customer When called one person will say other person will call you as he is handling the car and they never call back Most of the time they don't even answer the call

Staff has a laid back approach to customers. Nobody bothered to detail you on the vehicle repairs done. They just gave the key and left it to you to search your vehicle from their parking lot.
