Honestly, if I could give them more than five stars, I would have done. The treatment there is very excellent, especially Mr. Sufail Hamdan and Mrs. Donna, as they helped me get approval from the health insurance company as well as provide an appointment to do an MRI scan, even though the schedule was full and I was not put on the list of names given Because I needed to do an MRI in order to send it to the doctor before traveling, they put me on top of their concerns and contacted me quickly, and I made the MRI scan and followed the doctor’s appointment. I thank you Mr.Sufail and Mrs. Donna for all these efforts and I wish you good luck and continued success, and to all the staff at the center

Sufail Hamdan, has been very warm n pleasant. \u2028\u2028I cannot stress more, he was very quick to respond and help book n confirm my appointment, he also followed up with his team to ensure the reports were sent in a timely manner to the respective doctor.\u2028\u2028Overall he was excellent.
Visited Al Etihad Diagnostic centre for CBCT and OPG X-ray. Very professional and helpful. The staff went out of their way to help me out with the both services especially Federico.
I wish I would have taken the time to read those reviews before! Do not go there; worse customer service I ever seen! Not responsive at all; extremely rude staff on the phone and even in the center. Giving attitude... this place needs a real manager as it’s left to staff who doesn’t know customer service means.

The worst center ever I sent all the insurance papers from 1 month now still didnt gent any reply from them i keep calling and ask about updates and if they still need any papers.... till now no one give you a clear answer... the worst team
