Sucharita Kar Chaudhuri

One of the best health care centers of Government of Dubai. The dedicated doctors and nurses provide selfless service to the patients who come hither. All health check ups, blood tests and x rays, are free of cost. Medicines prescribed by the doctors are available at the pharmacy and they are free of cost too. The staff is polite and courteous and always assist the patients.

The woman who served me at the counter had a really bad attitude. Very miserable woman, very unhelpful. Would advise to avoid this place if you can. Sadly this is all too common in Dubai with the local women who work in Government places. Sad but true. The Sheikh wants a “world class” health service. Long long way to go when you have people like this working in your establishments. A smile or a friendly service would be a good place to start instead of speaking to people like they are dumb and have done something wrong when they just turned up looking for a service that the clinic provides.

Total shambles of a place. DHA is also a joke. Took 3 hours to get me there for emergency appointment which they never even made. Noone has a clue. Sent home with cough syrup. Had nasty covid symptoms for a week. Don't waste your time going here.

I'm writing under my dad's account. I'm Fatima & day before yesterday on 24th October, Monday, my Mom had an appointment with a particular Indian gynecologist. My Mom went with my dad & while the doctor was talking, my Mom opened her bag to show the gynecologist the meds she was instructed to bring. The gynecologist took that as an offense & began teaching// telling// instructing my Mom on how to listen just like my dad, additionally snapping at her telling her having a bad attitude as though taking revenge on the previous visit. My Mom is a B. P patient & since that day her blood pressure is not falling down as she's very hurt by the gynecologists rude/// unprofessional behaviour cum attitude. She's boiling & it's for this reason I'm writing this review to AL Badaa Health Clinic management to teach your doctors etiquette on how to TALK TO their respective patients, teach them patience when dealing with different customers temperaments & adapt accordingly & most importantly not to meddle in others domestic affairs PLZZZ & JUST BE PROFESSIONAL as she was requesting for some goodies from my dad. PLZ ACT LIKE PROFESSIONAL DOCTORS!!
