place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance . The apartment is great, very clean and has everything you need. Host was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions.Totally recommended.

**Beware ****Beware*** I've been to 15 countries and 2 war zones. I rather live in a tent then stay at this location. Would never recommend this particular residence to anyone, especially if you are sensitive to the dust in the air. This experience was terrible from the moment we arrived. We waited two hours to check in. My fiancé started sneezing from the dust in the AC to the point of bleeding from the nose. Instead of hiring an A/C company to clean the duct. They used a broom. I have pics if you need proof.We informed them, of which they came to try and sort it out,but to no avail, so to save ourselves we asked for cancellation and refund of which was troublesome, we ended up staying for the whole week, which they charged us for because they kept delaying our cancelation. If you're an expat or tourist best advice don't get ripped off by these guys, if you feel this place is not good for you cancel immediately. Or they will not make repairs timely and will charge you for the days you stay at their location.which was not supposed to happen as they were refusing to give us our money back. They gave us the run around and the lack of utter care they showed was a true sentiment to their business ethics and customer care. ***take caution ️

PART II 5. 2 days before my check out a member of their staff had the NERVEEEE to ask me if I could move out one day before because they needed the apartment. Because there “was some new regulation”. And of course I said no. You cannot say that anything about what I wrote was a lie, because I have screenshots and witnesses of everything. Writing good fake reviews about yourselves won’t help you. (Like one good review made by an account that the picture is their OWN logo LOL). Improving your staff and skills will. You guys have such a poor costumer service, so much lack of organization, no communication with clients, that is a surprise to me that you’re still working. Only with tourists, I suppose, because who had experiences with you wouldn’t go back to it again. Only out of despair or a very nice place. Learn something from Blueground for example. They rip off people like you guys do, but have amazing customer service and an app for any problems in the apartment and options for SCHEDULING TO FIX THEM, not someone showing up at your door out of nowhere!!!! You pay a crazy rate for a luxury service and get no service, attitude from staff, lies and people knocking on your door at 11 in the evening. I’m writing this on my last night in the apartment. And guess what? My Wi-Fi is troubleshooting again while I write. Nothing new. Never again.

Had a great stay in DAMAC Maison Mall street! The service was very good, once arrived at the apartment I could immediately enter the apartment because we already did the check in online. Mr. Mohab was very nice in receiving us in the apartment and explaining how everything works. The apartment was in a good state and had a beautiful view on Burj Khalifa, even the fountain show was partially visible from the apartment. Next time I will definitely book this apartment again.
