I have had only amazing experience with them so far. The staff is efficient and effective. I have been there to get a travel visa card and top it up numerous times. It has always been effortless.I havent had a bad experience yet. So Kepp it up.

Check the papers that they issue. These liars say one rate for money exchange and what they print is slightly different. It's not a big issue... It's just that one feels that he was fooled... Disappointing...

I sent them my original visa issued by the ministery of foreign affairs of UAE (VALID) with my expired EID (in renewal) also valie UAE drivers license Ive been a reside for over 4 years, never had an issue like this before they told me the VISA document would be sufficient, but it wasn’t
