The employee of Air-voice deceived me as an employee of DU, and never mentioned the real name of his company, as well as giving you false promises and not dealing with professionalism and transparency. It’s horrible and suspicious.

I decided to activate DU service through Airvoice because they promised no deposit and no activation fees. When I received my bill I had extra charges of 550 dhs for activation fees and deposits. I spent a whole week contacting the people responsible and ended up talking to a guy who named Adnan. He claims to be the owner of the company. I provided him with voice recordings of the guy making false promises. The “owner” Adnan couldn’t resolve the issue. What a horrible way to do business I’m reporting this company’s fraudulent behaviour to the right authorities.
