Perfect. It took only few minutes. Testing center nice and clean, thanks to the security guard, he is very helpful. You will pass the test then the rest online, from the RTA App you complete the renewal process and you will receive all the documents on your email and links will be sent to your registered mobile number.

The testing is fast. The only thing that is new for me is all online for payment to get the new card. Hopefully there will be more signage informing customers that all digital now. The security guards are very helpful.

Thanks to the owner for their reply, this shows that they care about their reputation unlike other testing stations. I guess it would be nice to train the staff a little bit about workplace ethics. Little bit of nice conversation and smiles do not hurt anybody. Staff busy chatting with eachother and laughing out loud does not look professional
