The staff is friendly and welcoming, absolutely fantastic Doctors. They are super friendly, highly knowledgeable and skilled. If you have any pet and need their vaccinations, pet passports, registrations, medical treatment done I highly recommend Advanced Pet Care.
Great vet services destination with an avian specialist on site. No rescue rates are provided here though hence don't expect to get a special rate for strays.
I do not recommend this clinic if you need help with pet relocation. They are not familiar with pet relocation procedures even though they advertise so on their website. I visited them to ask for help with the procedures and bureaucracy to take care of to be able to travel with my cat this summer. They were not able to help other than giving me an email address for a pet relocation company.
Dr Piotr is one of the best vets that I've been to in this country, his knowledge of exotic animals is fantastic and not only does he dive right to the root of every problem, he also informs and educates you as he does it. This guy should be on the discovery channel honestly but then I would need to a find an equally good vet and that would be a shame.
Doctors and support staff are friendly and professional. The Docs are to the point. Dr. Piotr aka Dr. Peter is a specialist with exotics and is the best in town. He will treat your pet as his own while treatment and will try and help in every possible ways. Charges depend on case to case basis but generally reasonable. I have recommended it to some friends and will do so whoever in need.
Dr. Piotr (I’m sure I’ve spelled that wrong) is the best. Visit this place and you will soon know why
Dr. Piotr, is a brutally honest man with an absolutely great heart. He didn't hesitate to tell us his expectations; no sugar coating in his tongue. He'll tell you exactly what needs to be said and you better take his word for it, I can imagine some people often don't take his instructions well cause they weren't what they wanted to hear. I came with my girlfriend the other day for her Cockatiel, who started losing use of one leg and refused to eat aside from seeds and millets, lack of water too. He gave us some vitamins and taught us how to force feed it with a blend he gave to us. Absolutely nothing is over-charged like any other vet would. Noodles eventually got worse and lost power in both legs and started suffering from seizures since the next morning. We feared the worst and it turned out to be a common virus from pigeons considering we bought it from a place in Warsan, Dubai. He told us plain and simple that keeping him up will only make him suffer, since the virus is progressing through his body, especially since the injections (the bird was too weak to draw blood, so he couldn't test him). Even if he did, it wouldn't be of any use. We ended up euthanizing her and she went down peacefully without any pain, as hard as it was. This man does not speak to make you rummage through your wallet, but speaks because he cares. People tend to forget vets sometimes see the worst of animals and their mistreatment, be it by ourselves or the people who sell them. Kudos to APCC for keeping such a person within their establishment and props to them for not jacking the prices like crazy as every other place did. Hopefully we don't have to visit again, but if we do, this is certainly the place and Dr. Piotr is exactly the person I'm booking for if I ever have to.
