They are unprofessional. Don't trust them. I did a deal with them to change compressor. He send me third party team to do the job and he get the money. I told the first Technician that the cable old and need to change but refused and say it ok. And that cause the compressor burn. After less than one month. I had the same problem. And they didn't want to fix it. I call both of them but still they didn't want to fix it. So I called Dubai right consumer to force them. After two months. He didn't to do till the third call from Dubai consumer right. And he asked me to pay again. I refused and told he that I would call again consumer right. So he did the repairing but get me old compressor. This time was better. But find another one. Or at least take insurance for the work. I paid for 6 months to be sure everything is ok.

installed a new ac / heating system in my house 8 years ago. Needed service for the first time made a phone call to them gave me an appointment called to confirm the night before and tech called an hour before he came on time. Diagnosed the issue quickly got to work and was out in less then an hour he even had the part on his truck. Very professional and clean tech! Even wore the blue botties on his shoes. The office also was very courteous and easy to work with. Thank you Al Hadi looking forward to using you in the future.
