This is the worst service I ever received in Dubai. The technician Danish promised to come in the morning for inspection. He ended up coming at 10 pm. He gave me quotation and I agreed for next day early morning installation. When next day came. He was telling me I ll come in 30 min and so on and I ended up receiving his call at 9 pm where he stalled me for full day and my whole job is postponed, not professional. Not recommend at all . Waste of time

Not sure what to say about this company, they took my washing machine last week repair it and brought it back with missing part (steel clip for the rubber seal) so water is leaking while running. Called them and they promised to bring back the part but that never happened. Keeps on calling and txting via WhatsApp but no response. They even refuse to give me receipt of what they have done. I have no choice but to complain to authorities about this bad service. Now I cannot use the washing machine and stock with it. What a bad service. NEVER IGNORE CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Worst service ever , they are not capable of fixing our fridge while they charge us a high price. The worst part is that they are not responsible at all, they refuse to pick up phone, refuse to answer whatsapp message. If you do not want to waste your time and money, simply do not use their service. It is my first time to write bad review like that, because I do not want someone else experiencing the same disappointment a as me right now...

This is totally Unprofessional & cheaters team working together. They can’t fix anything they will charge you and will never return. I gave this unprofessional company 2 washing machines for repair they brought it back and took money for it and after two days 1 machine stopped and 2nd machine panel was still with them so when they brought the 2nd panel i told them that one which u already repaired is not working again so he took that panel again for repairing unlucky my mobile was restored and i lost thr contact i tried finding them online but I couldn’t, and nobody from thr side called me or brought my panel back and after 5 months now when i got thr number after finding thr card on a fb page i msgd him and i got a reply it was ur mistake that u didn’t call u should have called we cant call every customer. U have panel for my 2000 dhs machine and u r telling me that i am wrong bcz i lost ur number. Now he is asking me that if i want i can buy panel from him for that machine by paying him again bcz he dont have my machine panel he will find me used or new for it. Amazing now my machine is worth nothing but just scrap...
