I generally buy my cycles here. There was an older iranian man who helps out eagerly however I went today afternoon at 1pm with my 2 kids for 2 cycles. The iranian man probably the son or relative of the owner looks like he has no interest in the business. He did not even make an attempt to make a sale. He did not even move towards me to show me/ recommend cycles. I took by business elsewhere where there is some level of customer service, went to Upten in dragon mall where I met Kashif with excellent product knowledge and customercare.
