Finally we got to try 99sushi! The team was very welcoming and service during the whole evening was perfect. We tried the set menu for 2, food was really good. Definitely a place to come back Thanks 99sushi team

A real birthday treat in a special sushi and meat restaurant! A nice spot overlooking the Burj while devouring on a nice lobster sushi piece. From the crab to the sushi mix, to the tenderloin and lamb chops! An incredible place worth visiting at night to enjoy the views. Hope to be back soon!

Not often I’ll give 5 stars - a venue, menu and experience must truly be exceptional for me to go all the way. That said, I also acknowledge that it must be so infuriating for restaurants to read reviews by the ordinary public, as if we are qualified to talk with an educated tone about the skills of the team, the quality of the food, and the economics of the menu pricing. 99 Sushi Bar is not cheap, therefore it is in my mind to be treated as an indulgence, with the necessary expectations that go along with that. From our experience, 99 Sushi Bar more than delivers. It is truly worthy both of gushing reviews and the price that is charged for the eye-catching, mouth-watering menu. We enjoyed the tasting menu, which has options to pair with wine, or to simply enjoy the food. Each dish was exquisitely presented, and not one single dish had we encountered before - 99 Sushi’s chefs have added a unique element, twist or take, serving up a menu you will find nowhere else, I am certain. I highly recommend that when enjoying eat bite, that you savor the flavors, the textures, the temperatures, and pause before starting the next piece, so that you fully appreciate what the chef has served you - and what you are paying for. The evening cost us around AED 1,400 for the two of us - but here’s the truth - you pay that happily for the world-class service, setting and high-quality food set before you. Fantastic experience. The sushi is some of the best in Dubai and the service was top-notch too. Was genuinely surprised to see how beautiful the restaurant is inside, and the outdoor terrace is great. Desperate to go back.

Tried the tasting menu on Hungarian National Day The food was tasty and well presented, dishes were served in a good pace. Service overall is great and attentive. Will be back for sure !

I really enjoyed our evening at 99 Sushi in downtown Dubai. It was only two of us but we ordered a good amount of dishes and had some nice wine. The location is great as it’s next to the Burj Khalifeh. You can get some beautiful views of the landmark. The seating and decor of the place was quite nice too. The only thing I didn’t like was how bright the place was. There was something wrong with the lighting and the team said they were addressing it in the next few days. They moved us to another table which was a bit better. The staff itself was very nice and accommodating. They were warm and helpful which is very welcomed. Nice hospitality. The food was a bit above average. I’d probably go to other dining establishments to get Japanese in Dubai. The food highlights were the special edamame on the menu, the tuna salad was awesome as well. The dressing was very good. The rolls and nigiri were ok. Overall the experience was great but the quality of the fish could be better for the price. We ended up paying 2,500 AED for two people including a bottle of wine and plenty of food.

An innovative sushi place serving some unique dishes. Some items were very good others were ok. #desserts were average. Overall experience was Very Good. Outstanding dishes: King Crab au Gratin. #japanese #taco was also unique. Service was very good and our waiter Ayoub was very friendly and attentive.
