I was impressed that the delivery was on time and the flower arrangement was done well. The low rating is because what I ordered was not what was received, with no communication about this. I ordered one decorated foil balloon and two rose metal coloured balloons. Instead of the one decorated foil balloon, two differently decorated foil balloons were sent. This was never communicated with me, the buyer, and I don't appreciate 800flower just assuming that I will accept what I didn't order.

Had a great experience. I made an online purchase. I am in USA and had to send flowers to my relative in Dubai. My relative was very happy with the flowers and they looked like the pictures online.
