Very bad customer service in this branch (festival city). Today I went at 11:40 am to this branch. The way the guy serving there dealt with me made me run outside the shop! Attitude with people is unbearable! Go to other branches, there are a lot of helpful people working for this company, but not in this branch. Definitely will not buy from here.

The review is not for the brand, but for the Dubai festival city branch of BHPC!!! Worst Experience with this branch. I like the brand and buying clothes only from their branches since 2016 . But one guy named 'Mohammed' (I don't know whether it's his real name or not) has no respect for the customers and really irritated with his behaviour. Not visiting there again!!!
