Very poor customer service. They sent a scratched game and would not accept it back. They said I was over the 3 days limit to inform them but it was over a weekend when their hotline is closed. Also they turn off the office phones early as I called at 4 30pm and I was greeted by a message saying the office is closed at 5pm and call back tomorrow. Your taking a chance using them. Disappointing but expected. They have a poor name in the gaming community.
