Unbelievable value for money. Level of service from the staff is what you would expect in much more expensive properties. I am an australian who has been to 70 countries so my standards are high. We had all meals at the buffet and the standard was very good. The only complaints and the good more than makes up for it. Room and bed are very good but no bedside lamps or reading lights so if my partner is sleeping and I am reading no choice but to have the full to lights on. Really something easily fixed and I am surprised it has not been. Also as mentioned by many reviews the toilet is too high, why this was not addressed with the original construction company is beyond me. It is mentioned in review after review, I am 186cm and I found it uncomfortable, my partner had her feet 20cm off the floor. Again when it is mentioned in some many reviews as a negative I wonder why the management has not just put a little footstool in the bathrooms which would make it comfortable for shorter people. The beach is across the road but this is not a negative as it is private, clean , and well staffed with good shades and lounges. Of course the main question is would we come again and the answer is absolutely as these are only minor gripes and we have been welcomed by a friendly and well trained staff and loved our stay.

We went here last Thursday, 1-APR to spent our honeymoon. It was only for one night since we still have works the following day. I did not expect much as it was just a quick getaway honeymoon but the Hotel made it special for us. We were surprised and touched by how they decorated our room with scattered rose petals all around plus they transferred us in a room that has sea view without charging us additional. It was an indeed nice gestured of the hotel. They really know how to take good care and make their guests happy and satisfied. The breakfast and dinner were also nice, very organized, staff are all professionals and friendly and social distancing is observe inside. My husband and i were very happy. I would highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to visit again soon! :D

Booked this hotel after reading so many positive reviews. The only reason i am giving 3 star because of the cleanliness and not working sanitizers accros public areas. We booked a family room and happy to see the large room once we checked in. Unfortunately, the floor was super slippery and we can't even stand. Immediately called the housekeeping, supervisor came with a bottle water to clean the floor and he said this is because of the sanitization which they done recently . They cleaned again, we switched on the air-condition, waited half an hour, but the floor was still slippery. Used a tissue to check the status noticed it is very dirty too. Again called housekeeping and the supervisor promised me that, he will use the machine for cleaning, but we need to be out. So that we went outside, and after 2 hours got call from hotel reception saying that the room is cleaned again and ready to move in. Though it was OK this time, i feel this should not be happen before allocating to the guests. Apart from that, Staffs are good, pool is clean, limited space in the restaurant, but managed with timing. Corridors are in bad condition, vallet parking still available and bell desk service also found good. Private beach is shared with other 2 hotels, lots of plastic and rubbish everywhere.

Staffs are very accommodating, very approachable.. they assist us during early check in.. foods are very delicious.. I am so impressed with the room.. I love it.. very clean, so relaxing with the seaview, very nice ambiance, and the bathroom was a "wow".. Very clean and well sanitized.. definitely will come back here.. 100% satisfied on our stay! Congrats to the staffs and to the owner of this hotel.. no doubt tourists come back to your place.. love it!

Took a break from the havoc of WFH created by COVID. This place was giving a good deal and thanks All Mighty I went for it. The hotel is extremely nice, breakfast buffet has a good spread. The best part is the ocean view!! Simply breathtaking. Rooms were nice, best and cozy. The swimming pool is big, with a jacuzzi right next to it and the steam room and saunas were also nice. The best was the staff and front desk. In hospitality business, this is what makes or breaks the experience. Mr. Ali from the front desk was simply outstanding. Extremely courteous and accommodating. Rest of the staff were also very nice and friendly, and greeted me with a smile every time. Surely going back. Please keep up the excellent service. Further Edit: Our bell boy Mr. Sher was also very helpful and courteous. Wish him all the best.
