One of you staff sitting on a desk at the entrance of Universal exchange in lucky roundabout industrial area ajman is simply pethatic.. you guys need to train your staff how to speak with customers... I went there at 9:03 In morning and he without proper manners instructing me to go out n not to enter so i went to ahlia exchange opposite to universal... there was no one on work stations aswel.. it seems as if i entered a grocery shop.. hopefully will not visit u guys again... bunch of unprofessional... thankfully there are many other competitors...
