Sweet Dreams

Everything was good but the receptionist was so rude and spreading negative energy in the place.. she is Arab from Egypt, also another receptionist male Indian i think, was so careless with senior patient Arab, the patient couldn’t speak English and the receptionist was just smiling my husband had to get involved to help the old guy, i asked the employee why didn’t he requested any of his colleagues to translate or he should learn little Arabic to avoid such embarrassment. Generally doctors are on a high level of education and smart, very understanding and take your complaints seriously. The physical therapists need to be reevaluated by the HR seems that she doesn’t like her job and said that its not her line. Her attention to the patient could have been very serious and deadly wile using the electrical machine.

It’s really a model hospital. However, the Surgeon of dentistry Dr. Suraj Pawar is an amazing professional he is talented and so experienced in his work. He made me a very nice extraction of a tooth and was so successful in having a painless operation ever had for me. Thank you so much Dr. Pawar and thank you SGH-Ajman. Keep it up please.

The first time I have visited the Saudi German Hospital. I was really impressed. Check in was very slick and I got clear guidance on where I needed to go. The nurse who checked my vitals was excellent as was the specialist who took my bloods. The radiologist who did Xray was very pleasant and gave clear instructions on what I needed to do. Doctor Rehab who performed the diagnosis on me was exceptional, explaining everything so clearly and also did a personal follow up call to inform and explain to me the results of the laboratory tests. Really caring service which is rare in areas of large population. I would have no hesitation in recommending Saudi German Hospital.

I am quite satisfied snd content with this hospital in every aspect I must say. The location is awesome as I come to visit this from Ras Al Khaimah ans it is conveniently located in very close proximity to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The doctors and nurses are on a high level of expertise and understanding. The receptionists however could do some improvements o their interpersonal skills as its a must. I would like to commed the strong mrketing team that is there in this hospital because if it were not for their e-marketing efforts and special offers I would not come to learn about this awesome hospital. All the best to the management and wish you continued success.

Worest emergency ever, waiting more than one hour without seeing any doctor with full pain, no free beds, no enough doctors, patients started to leave after waiting long time more than enough, receptionist givi g waiting time less than half of real waiting
