I have bought 4 tires from Ajman branch, during the installation one of the sensors was damaged, the shop refused to look at that and kept arguing it was not due to the installation which was very very untru, I was left with no other option but to let go, then the first rotation service comes due and I had the service done at the same branch by same team, the steering wheel started to vibrate which at the first i thought it's due to pressure issue, had this checked and pressure was fine, then came to know this happened because of improper rotation, went then to the same branch and they refused to fix the problem although it's clear the issue was because of something went wrong during the rotation service and they said I have to shoulder a charge!!! They definitely lost customer and i feel i should let everyone I know and realize that your service is very far from what's stated on the website.

I must say. The manager there was very polite and nice person and help me even though they were closing. Mechanics are very welcoming and professional. Prices there are very inexpensive. Very quick service. Recommended for all.
