We've been there on Christmas 2019. It's a real flat what is very convenient. Supervisors are good, but some stuff in the restaurant can be unfriendly. Good food, but wasn't red meat at all, so we I bought food for me in a Supermarket. But in general various fruit, salads, sweets. Seafood also good. Minus -no territory for kids. But price and location is good

I have been a travel nurse for a year due to pandemic and I have been staying in several hotels around UAE. Everyone is in the pursuit of providing excellent service, one staff, I appreciate most is Mr. Shihari, if I can spell his name correctly, from the housekeeping department, who ensures that all my needs were met on time and all my requests were attended professionally... I do appreciate the courteous gesture around and the service was incredible and without stigma to the medical team. Ramada has been like a home away from home and Despite having a very toxic shift in the hospital, the staff made sure I get to rest comfortably and nicely... Thank you very much!

The trip and stay at this hotel was great but! The main issue which I would definitely like to criticize on the management and the hotel reservation people that once the room was booked through booking.com and the charges were paid off before the check-in and also it was notified that the people are arriving at 6 am in the morning then it is the responsibility of the hotel to take good and extra care for the guest as they could be tired off during travelling, but here we have faced ashamed when hotel people say we don't have rooms available! That was painful and shocking, despite booking and notifications of early check-in they must have to make necessary arrangements so that guest will not face any difficulties. We have spent 5 hrs in the lobby with luggage to wait for the availability of rooms. For such a branded Hotel chain such kind of behavior is not expected neither accepted. I would definitely like to tell the travelers before you are making the booking for this hotel first of all get a written confirmation from them that they will give you the room at your designated time. Else make the booking without payment! So hat you can cancel it without any penalties.

Highly recommended : One of best hotel to stay in Ajman UAE. Very neat and clean, well managed and secured. Private beach tour is best facility. Morning breakfast is very delicious and there are lot varieties available in food. Reception and housekeeping staff is very supportive, kind and works due diligently and provide world class service. One suggestion to Hotel : Please provide at least 2 liter drinking water per day in package, it doesn't cost too much but definitely will add value to customers. Cheers !!!

Hotel location is good. Very spacious, clean and comfortable room. Although some furniture are oudated and need to be change. Indoor swimming pool and gym are available. Staff are helpful and polite. The housekeeping staff have provided me a good service everyday. Special thanks to Mr. Berindra

As a COVID-19 Response Nurse in this pandemic, it has been a year now since we’ve been living in hotels as our accommodation. And believe me we’ve been in a lot because we got deployed in different parts of the emirates. And so far, this hotel has been the best. It might be an old building and all. But what they lack for modern furniture and amenities, they make up for great customer service. Their housekeeping and room service team are simply the best. They are always so polite even when I rant to them about food especially when i’m super hungry. They always try to make up for it. I would like to especially thank the room service, kitchen, housekeeping guys especially Zeeshan for keeping my room clean and providing my requests to the best of their abilities. Keep up the good work guys.
