society is awesome. Services are good so the flats are not too much costly even the towers and flats are constructed nicely so much decorations are there in the interiors. Nice place having a small local market for vegetables and other non-veg items nearby. big swimming pool is there too.

Roads are narrow with no lights. There is no wifi in the whole building, waiting for it for more than 2 years. Too many bachelors are living there, so we as family do not feel safe at all. Water and power supply stop repeatedly and with no prior notice. Cars park haphazardly, they even park on the roundabout. No basic service in the area: no pharmacies, no good restaurants, no good supermarkets. No public transport. Taxis are rare. And so many other issues...

The worst place to live in , No services, No Internet, Very dirty water, No electricity from the Fewa only generators and the average bill with light AC will be AED1500 and above, The management are thieves, no maintenance. it is like built in the middle of the desert where no one lives. you can call it The Ghost City.

Avoid renting anything from here. Super expensive electricity. No internet. Very bad pest control. This should be your very last option, they dont hounor their contracts, their electricity is Very expensive, they couldn't provide internet for their buildings, and they are Never honest, they never call back, dont believe any thing they tell you, they wrote on my contract .50 fils per kw which is a very high electricity rate and now they want to charge me .75 fils, they are using the VAT to collect more moeny from people, PLEASE AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS!!!

In this building no internet; no fiber cables setup, both the network provider etisalt and du refuse to provide internet. No commitment for future also. All building of Paradise Tower have a same problem.
