I visited for MG service and they finished quickly and the car back to original shape. I saw couple of new cars thought they deserve more love because it is worth investment for the service price

Unfortunately, this is Only Yamaha service centre left in dubai/sharjah. Service centre needs some renovation. No place to sit and wait, no way to see your bike while being worked on. And not cheap either. Even don't wash your bike well after service. Hope they sort this out and open the Dubai service centre. Driving an hour for an oil change is not practical.

Al Yousuf Yamaha service centre is very well organised and the staff there are very accommodating. Mr. Shaheen at the counters was welcoming. The service advisor Mr.Farooq has solution to all problems and has good knowledge of the Yamaha equipment. I went there to service my Daughter's Yamaha TT-R110E and this is a rare motorcycle, but Mr.Farooq guaranteed me that he could handle the service and find replacements for parts which are difficult to find. Overall my experience at Al Yousuf Yamaha service was good and would certainly recommend this place.

Poor service of Yamaha. Front office staff is far away from customer service concept. Simple minor services takes longer than usual comparing to other service centres.

MG cars and owners are loved here.. Literally. My 2012 model MG6 was given a free manual check and some minor repairs too by Imran and his team.. The new MG6 here at this Al Yusuf Showroom.. as in the picture looks really fabulous.. Am looking for the trade-in options expected in a couple of months

Al Yousuf Ajman- Worst customer service. Management people are not even ready to make the customer feel comfort. When customers are not satisfied the training manager himself says not to come again even they notify the bikes detail in the system not to service again. I have never seen a customer service like this. I would personally recommend not to do service with them. All their attitude and rudeness makes me really frustrated. I regret my bike was serviced with them. NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I don’t have any more words to explain how worse theirs attitude were.
