On the positive, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately the food doesn't quite match up to the service. Even the breads served up pre meal tasted stale which was a shame as good olive oil and balsamic was available. The minestrone was the highlight and can be described as good. The remaining dishes, by and large, were barely scraping an okay. Italian food is both one of the simplest and hardest to make, and it needs a certain passion in its preparation which was lacking here.

The Italian meats and cheese antipasti, the Quattro Formaggi Pizza, the seafood tagliatelle, the tiramisu , tempting authentic menu, a traditional pizza oven, and boosts an interactive open kitchen experience. Ресторан находится в отеле Fairmont Ajman. Сам по себе ресторан граничит с другим рестораном Spectrum, где кормят завтраками и ужинами отельный люд, поэтому еда не особенно изыскана. Ala Cart еда вкуснее и порции больше. Если брать обед на FB/ HB, порции, как на бизнес-ланче и долгое обслуживание, при этом выбор скудный из 2 вариантов, хотя и каждый день новый. Десерты отменные
