Dear all, It’s the worst experience from these Express tires located in enoc petrol station Ajman at 311. We went there to change a tire and fixed the price with fixing. We purchased used tires from them for 200 AED as agreed by both parties including fixing & balancing. After fixing he increased the price and when we asked about it they shouted at us. He made the wheel alignment by telling us its computer wheel alignments. They didn’t do any computer wheel alignment and did some manual adjustment on the car. They didn’t use any laser devices to check the alignment and we were watching. He charged 150 AED for that. When we asked for the tax invoice he refused to give first. Then he gave in Arabic written by pen, While asked him to mention in English also, he told he don’t know English. We don’t know what he has written in the bill and the scope of works. We asked for the wheel alignment report and he refused to give the report. Hid didn’t give the report. And he was shouting at us telling us we customers are mad. Basically, they cheated on us and took more money than they agreed amount. After replacing the tires they changed the pricing and asked to do whatever we can. When we shared our experience with our friendly groups many of them told us they also had other bad experiences from these express tires. so please be care full if you visit these place

I needed to change 4 tyres so I asked which type they have and I've been offered Hankook for 1,800 aed and Toyo for 2,700 aed. Both prices were advertised as \all inclusive\. After some negotiations the tyre mechanic was willing to lower the price of the 4 Toyo tyres to 2,400 aed and then to further 2,300 aed. We finally agreed for 2,300 aed. Once mounted, the tyres were aligned, balanced and filled with nitrogen. At the moment of paying, the bill was 2,400 aed. When I said that this was not the agreed price, the tyre mechanic said, \VAT was not included\. I had to pay cash (as they don't have the possibility to pay with credit card) which meant more money for me in form of a commission fee as I had to use the ATM available on site which was not the one of my bank. So, if you go to this place ask the tyre mechanic to have a written quotation with the VAT well specified and with the highlighted final price inclusive of everything. And bring cash with you.
