I took my laptop in the morning, they the employee did not understand anything he only told me that the laptop service guy will come at 2 and he will call you, no one called me until I called and he told me I didn't see it I will call you in an hour then he didn't call so I went to the shop and they told me that the fan doesn't work and we don't have it, and we need to call the suppler so I told him to call them but he refused and said I will call them in the morning, Next day I got no call, Until afternoon they didn't call me or the supplier then they called and told me they don't have. they wasted two days and I told them I have work and I need it. I took the laptop and went to near shop the employee there said that in the morning he will go and bring it from shariah or Dubai. Next Business day he brought it and called me immediately and told he found it and come at this time and collect the laptop. this is the difference between professional employees and Bestie Mobile phone & Computer trading LLC
