Everything under one roof. The only drawback is few ladies are the counter are very slow. The manager had to come out and make them work faster. Overall satisfies with the services.

The lady at the reception is very professional (Filipinos) she took her time to explain to me all the requirements needed...I thank her for that.... BUT there was a man I found there who was rude and before answering me he showed me the door to leave before hearing my questions...didn't care that I had a child with me....I would suggest if you are not working as a receptionist DONT answer customer queries,I will come back and point out the guy to management

Nice services, cooperative staffs approach when visited there, but still they have to improve their way of work attitudes as they forget to upload my documents twice, so it happened me to revisited there twice unnecessary. Also when I called their land line no one answers for enquire about documents missed out to uploaded. Even I sent email, with required documents for upload, they did not reply. Later I have learnt that I must visit personally for uploading any missing documents (note that during my first visit, I showed all required documents) Worst experience. I suggest them if any missing documents, if we send by email they should accept it and reupload. This can save time for them and customers. Thanks

Very bad service..first they forced to me to go for medical fitness center of their own choice. When I complained I had another choice to go near my resistance they told me to cancel 1st application and type another application without any refund for the 1st application. Now after 7 days from visa renewal application I am still waiting for them/courier company to collect my passport for visa stamping. They don't Care at all.management saying our job till typing now you have to wait for courier company to collect passport. Pathetic. Authorities must check
