Introduction ADEPT™ Decisions is a unique decision management system, combining an established ADEPT™ core decision engine with Software as a Service (SaaS), to provide a customised solution for clients and partners in established and emerging markets. The ADEPT™ Decisions Platform (ADP) is a SaaS based decision management system which is configured to cover the entire credit life cycle; from prospecting for new customers to managing new applications, controlling existing accounts and maximising recoveries from write-offs. ADEPT™ Decisions combines highly flexible decisioning software, with credit bureau data and scoring models, to manage best-practice champion/challenger strategies that will continually test, learn and maximise the profits of a subscriber’s portfolio. Unique Partner Model What makes ADP so unique is that it provides end to end management of the entire consumer life cycle. This all occurs within a champion/challenger testing environment, hosted by the partner. ADP is unique as a Software as a Service, as it is offered to subscribers via a partner model. Typical partner profiles include credit bureaux, data bureaux and third party card processors. Each partner is assigned an exclusive territory and retains the primary relationship with their client base. ADEPT™ Decisions is now live in South Africa and is available to subscribers through the XDS Credit Bureau.
