Amazing studio and teachers. One of the few studios in Abu Dhabi offering real hot classes. Just a first visit was enough to make me a regular student. Highly recommended!!!

This be the place to be yo. . . Are you looking for the best yoga in town? The Kind of yoga that makes you say “wow” “hot dang” “this is the keenest!” And other slang words from The 50’s. Look no further. I have taken a variety of classes with most of their teachers and have yet to be even slightly disappointed. They put the time in and it shows. I did their 21 day challenge and in that 21 days I never repeated a class. The teachers are constantly coming up with engaging, beautiful, challenge structured classes that make you say “Na-imma-stay and see what you have planned next.” Also be sure to say hi to Dennis the squirrel, he is my yoga spirit animal. He could be yours too. Have a great day! Ps I am not a robot or an affiliate of Yoga One. To prove that I will now say one negative thing- The paper towels in the ladies bathroom we below average. Sort that out.

If you’re a busy person don’t sign up with their packages because it’s on a time limit basis. I basically lost my money and there’s no compensation. I now prefer studios that offer packages on a number of classes that I can take whenever I’m free to take them.

I fell in love with yoga here. The atmosphere is so calming, it is always clean and smells nice. The instructors are very well educated in yoga and are great teachers. Power Vinyasa with Sahar Zaky is my favorite
