Very slow. Three counters are open out of 13. Number of people is big and people are not waiting for their turn! I prefer coming at the early morning at the opening time to be the first one. Otherwise there isn't any chance.

I visited 2 of these offices to renew my Emirates ID and both had the openings timings mentioned at 7:30 a.m. but when I visited their offices one of the guards verbally stated that it office opens 7:40 a.m. and other office verbally mentioned 8 a.m. as if theirs are the only offices in the UAE affected by the pandemic. Being a government entity they have no respect for their citizens and residents.
