Just a bit of caution to future customers. Better be sure you are not sea sick before booking for the deep sea fishing trip as this agency will deny any refund if you choose to shorten the trip. We had paid for 6 hours and did 3 hours as members of my family were sea sick once the boat stopped offshore. Once arrived back at mina port, we kindly requested for a gesture from the agency to refund partially. We had paid 1400dhs and asked for 600dhs refund which was a good deal for them. They declined our offer and kept the money. Apart from that deep sea fishing is really fun and so I would recommend people to get an open deal with the agency to not fall into the same trap. I would gladly change this review if the agency make the effort to refund as per our request.

Had an excellent safari trip arranged through Trip Arabia. Excellent information prior to and great communication all the way through the booking. Picked up from hotel in 4x4, driver was prompt and vehicle was Toyota Landcruiser. Safari started with visit to see and feed camels, then off to the tunes with some serious dune bashing, it’s amazing what these vehicles, and equally, drivers can do ! It’s an experience not to be missed. On to the main camp where we went on quad bikes in to the dunes for a trail behind a host guide, was real fun for all including our 12 year old granddaughter for who it was the first time on a quad bike. Back to the camp for a bbq supper and entertainment. The food was really nice especially considering it is cooked in the middle of the dessert, good selection of free tea, coffee, water and soft drinks. All the staff at the camp were really helpful and friendly. Just a great trip all round.
Unforgettable experience, better than expected. Highly recommended. The level of service and attention to detail is truly amazing.

It was My first time in UAE and it was one of the best trips I had so far. the tours were well organised. The guides in every place were good. Liked the hotel locations. Kids had lot of fun as well. The whole trip was personalized. I would highly recommend the travel company.
