The TrainYas staff were not friendly at ladies night (Mondays). They need to concentrate on taking courses on how to treat customers politely. That really made me regret going to TrainYas. I had a very bad first impression of the place. I hope this message could be cascaded to the management to take the proper action against this issue in order not to loose more customers.

Such a great activity for the week. Make you sure get early if you're renting a free bike at the place. But the wait is worth it - the bikes are super well maintained and better than what you'd expect!

Went cycling here, and it was just simply amazing, the staff were very coordinated and made sure the bikes were sanitised. Can't wait to come back here!

I went last week for the 1st time with the family (4 of us). Registered online as you need the QR Code to enter. Arrived at 7pm and found out the bikes are 1st come 1st serve. I was informed to arrive at 5.15 to get a bike as they go within the 1st 20mins. It would have been great if they had notified us when registering online or have a section to allow us to book a bike, that way we know if there is a bike available. Went back to the car to get the kids bikes. Bar codes were scanned and free water was available. Both kids went around the track on their own while we walked in the opposite direction. It would have been nice to have a bike available as we are allowed to reuse a trolley in a supermarket or book an electric scooter in Abu Dhabi, but not allowed to reuse a bike due to the Coronavirus.
