Very Bad experience, trying to move out discovered that they add extra parking charges on us. never had nor requested any extra parking. after contacting them they realize their mistake. However, for one week now I am stuck and cannt move out till they solve their mistake. this is really a nightmare. I will not deal with them in the future

Very very very poor customer service, also 750 AED for tawtheeq which cost around 100 aed at the municipality ? what do you call this guys ? my advice is to avoid Three60 and never rent with them, I wish I could give them less than 1 star.

I had a nightmare moving into my flat due to issues with the building developer and the flat not fully complete. Three60 rectified all issues within 24 hours and made my move turn into a much smoother experiences. Since the move hiccup, everything has been wonderful. Maintenance, security, everyone have been helpful. And nothing goes unaddressed for very long. Three60 have also been outstanding in their having of the necessary precautions for the COVID-19 pandemic.

One whole month trying to get my rent tawtheeq contract from them and they say system problems. My son visa ended and nit even one managet cared to return my calls or emails. 1st thing they asked for was to do the payment t and once done they disappeared. Everything is a mess with them... maintenance, facilities and most of all the team they have for customer service. No any care to even give a professional reply. Managers are hiding never on the front line to assist.

totally agree with others, it is a complete disappointment with 360 and is definitely the worst experience over 12 years in UAE. it took 3 weeks to get my tawtheeq and they did not seem willing to share update or to tell you what happened? system problem is a very generic excuse, by the way i called the municipality and they confirmed no problem with the system but 360 did not complete the application in the smarthub system which prevent them to issue tawtheeq. after payments they barely answer phone calls, return calls or reply email. anyone looking for apartment on reem island, you should know what/who to be avoided by now after all these reviews. by the way, they would not apologies for anything but insisting it's not their problem. they will ask you to call 800360 and when u called (i did many times), no body cares.

i agree with the other comments, then the response is to send your case to info@..... every time but this is the email address everyone starts with and end up making comments on here. no one ever reply to the issue they just pass it around. if you go there direct no one wants to help they just make the poor receptionist do everything , cashier always on break or at dinner or should i say \late dinner\ no one managing the department. very very poor and ive been there many times and seen many other people in the same predicament - my advice is to research the CEO and send him direct emails so he becomes aware for these failings. Good luck Currently my apartment is still running at 28 degrees since last summer and 12 service requests closed as completed ha ha three please don,t respond as i know i should send email to \info\ so you can take a closer look !!!!! of course they never do.
