D staffs are very arrogant, if d cat breed is special they’re treating it special, they always think about d bill money payment than saving animals life. Awful service they should hire d staffs who shows concern w/ d animals and customers. I’ve heard that d d good vet clinic is Royal clinic located in al Bateen

My cockatoo had feathers falling so i took him with the vet the doctor said we need to do a test that's 700 dirhams and if its negative we will do one thats 2 thousand wich is totally wrong i told him he just needs good food and stuff no need all of that money and when i said that he just left me and ignored me since i wasnr going to pay for the test

Today, I had the privilege of going to City Vet in Al Ain. Apple, in reception, was so helpful and friendly. We had two reasons for our visit. Our cat had had a trauma and needed to be seen by vet, Dr Abraham. We left our cat overnight in the vet's capable hands for an IV and observation. We also took our Japanese Spitz to be groomed by Jenie. I showed Jenie a photo of what I was hoping for. The grooming was great and Snowflake looks adorable!

Have a lot of gratitude for these people. We rescued a dog who had been badly treated and hit by a car. Needless to say, he needed alot of help and patience - he still does! He is more confident but frightened of everything and doesn't trust much, but the guys at City vet have nursed to health, helped us with his epilepsy and when he goes to stay with them (boarding overnight) they show him so much patience and care. This is not the experience we had everywhere with vets in al ain so we do very much recommend city vet.

I advice every one who has any animal with critical condition not to take it to this clinic. Many of my animals died because they didn’t know how to treat them. My massage to the owner, please hire qualified doctors

very bad service full grooming my cat was bleeding and cutting the claw very bad they are not accurate when they cutting the claw of my cat shaver machin it will overheat it every 15 or 20 mints and should be changed to another normal and it can be easy to injured
