They always have no replacement for their maids. Very bad Communication. I changed my maid 3 times. They are bringing maids from their home country without experience. Last working experience in 2011. What stated in their resumes are fake experience. Their indonesian maids dont speak nor understand proper arabic. What the office offically does is taking monthly their full fees and the customer suffers from their careless unreliable maids. If you complain about what's going on, they answer you " take a replacement" who is actually worse than the other. It's advisable to avoid dealing with them .

Terrible experience You pay your advance money and start paying monthly salary. Maids are not wiling to work, no replacement available.. days are counting and this turns your life to hell. Leave your work and come to their office and wait for hours every time. Now we are stuck.. can't cancel can't continue.

Worst experience of customer service in my life, especially from Mustafa. They will treat you like a king until you sign the contract then everything changes and it will be downhill from there, finally I decide to break my contract and go somewhere else.

There seem to be some mix up here ND there and sometimes delay in responses but overall good service. Also worth noting the place is clean when you visit and usually you don't wait much

Not organized at all, talking about maid to take her and waiting tge agent but they gave her for someone else, maids are not will trained and its normal for them to go any time to office..
