I went there mainly for a puppy haircut, but it was below average, edges were not smooth, hair was not trimmed properly.. The 1 star is only for the friendly nice staff. I will not go back for my puppy hair cut again..

The worst pet shop I ever visited , don’t do my mistake for grooming or over night staying , the only 2 things I asked to be groomed is ears and paws and here is the pictures , and also I received the dog after one night stay hungry and thirsty and full of scratches , if I kept him in the street for one night would be more safe for him !!

I think the Pic can explain more than writing about the negligence of this shop and what happened to my dog I will never forget it! So who ever sees this post my advice for you don't give them your precious pet, because of their careless while walking my dog she got lose and got hit by the car

I will never recommend this pet salon to anyone! I paid for full grooming service and overnight stay just this last Thursday, 26th Nov. I picked up my dog the following day, with lots of cuts on his paws, very hungry and thirsty!!! The hair on my dog’s paws were not trimmed, ears were still dirty - very disappointing! When I sent the photos to the lady in charge Mary Jane, I got a call from the groomer and they explained they really did not groom my dog properly! If they did not, why did they even take my payment???! It’s not about the money, it’s about TRUST and HONESTY! I even heard the lady in charge scolding at the other dog there inside the shop! I regret that I trusted my dog in their hands for the night and a whole day! Never make the same mistake my co-furparents! If ever you already brought your dog there, have a thorough look and I hope you won’t get to see cuts in your furbaby’s paws! You are not doing your best because if you are, you should have contacted me already as I’ve been trying to call and message you but no reply!!!! I guess the number given to me by the staff is incorrect! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and CRUEL!!!!

I took my cat 3 times to them and i will be back for sure. Sweet, professional staff that always do their best although my cat hates to be groomed, they do such a great job with her every time. Definitely would recommend them.
