Is an amazing nursery. My daughter is there since 7 months and I can't expect more from a school. The teachers are fantastic, the facilities, the activities but above all, the staff happiness and passion for their work.

Very clean nursery a new opening branch where you can find different facilities and amazing team . Using the British curriculum EFYS combined with Reggio Emilia (discovering Nature) i think gives the child the best benefit for learning!!

I visited the nursery today to offer my services. The main door was open so I went in and politely asked if someone can help me. The person (western expat woman) at the receiption desk was VERY aggressive, rude and unprofessional and asked me to leave the building. When I asked if someone would come outside to talk to me she kept saying in a very loud voice \leave the building\ even the other staff members were shocked by her behavior. When I asked about her name she refused to say it and kept repeating leave the building. I understand there's precautionary measures nowadays. I visit more than 5 nurseries everyday with my mask and pcr test result and believe there are a thousand other ways to speak to someone and there's no excuse. This person has such an aggressive, unpleasant and unprofessional attitude it makes me wonder how she can be around kids. I have a large network and will be sure to spread the word.

It has been over 3 years since we started putting our child at Step By Step Nursery. Since joining the Nursery he has developed in so many ways. He is more confident and balanced . He loves the teachers very much and the teachers are very approachable for parents. There is a dedicated nurse who looks after the kids health and they have a very caring environment, including encouraging the kids to eat all their meals. The use of arts and crafts to teach has really been excellent! Our experience of the Nursery has been fantastic and we would definitely recommend to others. Thank you SBS for taking care of our child.

My son has been at Step by Step since he was 6 months old - the staff are so friendly and kind, it's been like a home away from home for my boy. Everyday I know he feels he is among family! The best thing is that management actually listen to recommendations and do their best to take them on.
