Your agent took the keys to my apartment and kept them over a month, as they promised they will try to rent it. They were giving false information about market prices just to get the key, and after over a month started to mention things like your apartment is not premium and does not sell easily, and wanted to put the rent down. Why then did they have to lie in the beginning and give false information? Only to secure my keys??? I find that very unprrofessional.
