It's a bridge...yeah. Five stars for being a bridge, I guess? One thing to keep in mind if you're going to the Cultural District (Louvre) from the city is to keep right. The exit to the district is right where the bridge ends so don't be "that person" who switches all the way from the left. Just don't. K thx bye.
