A Beautiful Masjid Near to Delma park. Good interior works.. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Nahyan Mosque opened in 2011 and its minaret and overlapping tiles are typical of many mosques found in Morocco Birds perch on its tiles, the palm trees outside sway in the gentle afternoon breeze, while a Moroccan-inspired minaret dominates the low-rise buildings surrounding it – welcome to Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Nahyan Mosque. It's a place of worship in the Al Nahyan neighbourhood of Abu Dhabi, a quiet area of villas, small baqalas and a popular public park. The community mosque is representative of so many others across Abu Dhabi city. During the day, people can see “gone to pray; back soon” signs in some corner shops as a quiet trail of people walk to the place of worship.

This Masjid near delma park is very well located and worth visit. The masjid is within walking distance of the park and is open well beyond the time for the prayers. The toilets and place for wudu is in the basement and is neat and clean. The imam of the masjid is a humble person with very beautiful voice. His recitation is very clear and gives you the required tranquility for the prayers. The capacity of the Masjid is huge and I think it could accommodate around two thousand worshippers. Overall this Masjid is recommended if you are available in this area.
