I went here bcoz i am in contact with a person that was positive for covid ("my wife"). If you are in contact with a positive person, you need to be home quarantined for 10 days (not vaccinated) and 5 days (if you are vaccinated). I went here to have a watch tracker put on me as i am to be quarantined at home. You will also be having a swab test here. For me, i was swab 2 times and have 2 negative result before they take off the watch. If ever you have a positive result, you need to go to mafraq for them to process your quarantine and be brought to the facilities they have provided for quarantine. Take note: they have 2 Halls. The first one is "yellow hall", this is for admission and swabbing, they will also put the watch tracker here. If ever you have 2 negative result after being quarantined for specific number of days. You will go to the "Purple hall" for the watch removal. The process there is quick and won't take too much of your time, depending on the number of people on admission.

Watch removal was quick and efficient. Doors open at 7.30am and they give you a queue number, but actual removal of the watches only starts at 8am. We were finished by 8.30am.

Well organised place. Went for the removal of wristband/ watch after mandatory quarantine. Took about 30 minutes of waiting before registration and removal. Please carry the box which you got with wristband as the number on the box is required for the process.

It is literally visited by hundreds of people a day and you need to expect excessive waiting times (many hours). You are expected to wait in your car until called, but many igore this. .
