Thanks for repairing my washing machine. You guys works Profesionally and also have good time schedule and do every thing on time. I also recommend all other people to go with because I always buy Samsung brand and if again I have kind of problem I have to work with you people.

Be carefull with this group. they are not authorised samsung service center. I've called the real service center and they are not affiliated with this group. they came to get my washing machine and delivered back after 2days, they cleaned the machine but did not fix it. they charged me 500 aed with out a receipt. now no one is answering my call, not even replying to my mesages. I am reporting this to the authorities.

Claimed to have repaired my machine after having it in the warehouse for 2 days, no paperwork or proof parts had been changed when returned, charged AED 640 for the privilege. The 1st wash, same error code. When I contacted the technician, informed me that they couldn't fix it so would provide a refund and I should contact another supplier. 100% not an approved Samsung agent. Completely unacceptable service!
