Worst!! I had ordered birthday cake two days in advance.. when I went to collect the cake, it wasn't ready. They dint even prepared the cake. It delayed all my event planning.. my guests were waiting and I was so embarrassed.. "Sorry, that's all I can say!!" were the words from the store.. pathetic experience!! Use to visit regularly but now I will never visit to Ritchie again..

Good cakes and chocolates....got a caramel cake yesterday and I am very impressed. The sponge inside the cake has the right moistness , good consistency ....chocolates were also very good
