Most needed equipment is there,minimalistic design,space is ok but not by any means spacious,gets crowded sometimes,trainers will tell you what exercises to do but not very willing to give further support.
Super happy and determined with the instructor Vishnu at RAK Gym at Delma Street, he gives the right guidance and never forgets to encourage and support. Each min at my workout is well spent. Though its a unisex gym, I dont feel odd as everyone is so focused. Highly recommend RAK Gym at Delma Street
I usually workout at the RAK gym. Joined there in September with a 2 months gap until now. I've taken an offer for a year but lately I have been experiencing harassment from the staff for the receipt as they are really careless with their documentation. Firstly they couldn't get my details on their screen, after few days they get the details with outstanding balance and began to harass me daily for the receipt when they should have a record of it. I spoke to the manager who listened to my concern and then Yesterday another staff while I'm listening to music on my phone shows me his middle finger over the screen of my phone and then denies when questioned. On what basis are they hired with behavior issues and they don't really help. If we have to join a gym and do everything on our own without assistance, advice or help I feel the working staff shouldn't be there at all besides the registration process.
Good budget Gym. The instructors are helpful.
To be completely honest, the ladies gym is worst gym ive ever seen to this day. Bad lighting, super small, very messy and unorganized. And the number one thing that bothered me is the lack of equipment . Literally theres only 13 or 14 equipment.
Its old and the machines are not balanced well
