This team did excellent maintenance work on our two bikes. Their pricing was transparent and their work was high quality. Our bikes came back better than when we first bought them, and so clean they really looked new. Worth every dirham.

Got my boys' BMX bikes tuned up here. (Not the Colnago pictured here!) Great service, bikes came back like new and even cleaned. Highly recommend. The selection of bikes here are crazy, BMC, Colnago, Giant, Canyon.
Excellent work done on my Vintage French Vitus 979 racing bike. Couldn't be happier with the full service. Bike rides like new despite being 35 years old.

My positive review was premature. I went in for a service on my Trek Fuel Ex9 mountain bike and learned of the need for a new chain due to wear. I had no problems with the bike when the servicing was initiated and the chain replaced. Now, the new chain keeps falling off and, worse still, the bike now ghost shifts constantly. BB spacers were added that were not needed before I visited Primero. The problems are getting worse, not better, with each visit and the problems were created at the shop in the first place. I would never take my bike to Primero and I am very surprised that the mechanics used to be the heads at Wolfi's. I am searching now for a qualified mechanic to fix the ongoing problems caused by Primero.
The shop is good and provide quality product and services and the team is very friendly. It is a small showroom but they know how to present very well. I would have given them 5 stars but I am only giving them 3 stars as their prices are almost double the market. I bought couple of items from them and discovered later that their prices are almost double the prices of other shops and Amazon. Today, I passed by to buy a bike computer, I have been advised that the one I chosen would cost me AED 224. Because of my past experience, I decided to check in other shops first. I found the very same bike computer for AED 99.0 in another store.
I gave this shop my bike on Saturday and was promised that it will be finished on Monday. When I called on Monday to check on my bike, I was informed that it will be ready on Monday evening. I came on Tuesday late afternoon to discover that no one actually touched my bike at all. The place has no management and very bad customer service!
