I was extremely disappointed with the floatation session today. When i came into the pool it was dirty. There was some green things inside along with hair. The massage service was good and when I went to the bathroom to take a shower there was no water. What happened next was unbelievable and I took photos for proof. They got a bucket from OUTSIDE and filled it with filthy water for me to take a shower. I was so shocked, this was NOT what I expected. At the end I still had to pay 577 aed for a bad service.

I got late to the Centre because my gps was messing up and to my surprised the reception was not warm to me because I arrived late. However the Dr was so nice and gave option to make up for the lost time. The therapist did a great job. On a whole I think the receptionist should be more accommodating to clients who arrive late. The reception is the gateway or signal of a good reputation of every Centre.

Great service. Medical massage is excellent and is done by a qualified therapist. Cabin flotation is a great rewarding experience too. Great packages if you are a regular. A must :)

Massage was really nice but they need to improve in their customer service. I have tried to get appointment several times via what's app. But most of time my text was ignored.
