This is the worst pizza hut place I've ever seen in my whole life!!! My family and I went there for dinner and we saw a CAT PLAYING IN THE RESTAURANT AND SITTING ON THE CHAIRS!!!! YES YOU READ IT CORRECTLY. WE LEFT THE PLACE IMMEDIATELY AFTER WE RECORDED THE INCIDENT AND TOOK PICTURES. I don't recommend this place.
This is the worst pizza hut branch In Al ain. Whenever I've ordered in this branch doesn't matter if it was dine in or take away they have always messed up the order. Staff keeps changing every other month and have no clue about their own menu. Kitchen staff would be piling up take away orders but other staff members doesn't pay any attention to it. Not so welcoming staff. They need to learn how to smile and greet the guests. And on top of that when I bought pizza today for my father's birthday. Wnet home and opened up the box and I found burned pizza. They need to learn how to respect the food and the money that we spend on it.
Nice place to eat, good services. Love its hershys cookie cake...and affordable
