The staff in Al Wahda mall is not friendly at all. I asked her to take my photo based on the requirement from the embassy and I have to make sure that the result is good. She did inpatient and looked like not happy to do it. Please remember that customer is number one, so you should hire professional and friendly staff in your company!!!

I clearly told her i need passport size photo. Assuming that she knows, I did not bother to cross check. I paid 55 for the photos. Later at the embassy, I come to know that the specifications and other detailings are completely wrong. Also, I feel she takes the pictures very carelessly unlike other studios that retake until perfect

The staff in Al Wadha mall is not fit for that job. She is not friendly and she is not paying attention to our requirements. Yesterday, I went for taking passport size photo of my son. Photo looks very dark and without any editing she print out and gave us for AED 55. When we insist her to edit the photo , she is unaware of editing . Very disappointed with the service and photo. I never recommend anyone to that Studio . Really bad studio and unprofessional staff.
