Very terrible customer service. Tried ordering through whatsapp today ,they started with a price and when i was going to pay they changed up the fees and pricing! First they were saying delivery is free and then they added a 100dhs as a delivery fee &VAT even though the flower price is VAT included according to their site and delivery is also free according to their site! and when i asked them why they said the previous person that was talking to me made a mistake, and that according to management policy whatsapp prices are different from site prices which is strange to begin with but nonetheless after disregarding that i asked for my flowers to be delivered ANYWAY, besides the fact that they took forever to respond, they said that their drivers all already left and that they can’t deliver the flowers :) ... this is completely unprofessional, they wasted my time and I didn’t end up with the flowers that i wanted from them and they ruined my plans for the day and I couldn’t get flowers in time to replace their lack of professionalism and time management! So upsetting!!
